Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2025
Proten Connect is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Measures we take
- Keyboard navigation is fully supported throughout the site.
- All interactive elements show a visible focus indicator.
- Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
- Images include descriptive alternative text.
- Form fields have visible labels and descriptive error messages.
- Pages use semantic HTML landmarks (
main, nav, footer, etc.). - A skip-to-content link is provided on every page.
Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content (such as video players or map widgets) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our suppliers to address these gaps.
